Hey guys (English AND Theater students!)
I'm doing something a little different this week... I'd like for you to not only complete the study guide questions for the next chapter set (English 3= chapters 11-20 and Theater=Act 3), but I'm adding something I hope will brighten your day/week while we are apart. I want you to complete a "wellness activity". Choose from one of the wellness activities (found at the button below), complete the activity, log your activity, and send in your responses by Friday, March 27 at 3 pm via email. *Pay attention to the NOTE at the bottom of the document! Good morning, all!
Amidst this hysteria and chaos, I want to offer some peace and reassurance. I will post on this page once a week. You task is to complete all assignments found within each post by 3pm on the Friday of the end of that week and email them to me. My email address is [email protected]. If you need to reach me quickly for a small question, please use Remind. 1st block code is @a3428h; 2nd block code is @kcack4d; 4th block code is @ddbbb9. All of these codes should be sent to the phone number 81010. English III: Read chapters 1-10, as we discussed in class. Answer the study guide questions along the way. Answer these discussion questions in 5-7 sentences EACH and email them to me by Friday at 3 pm. 1.) How does Edna change from chapter 3 to chapter 5? Give specific examples from the text. 2.) Describe the significance of the Creole culture within the novel. Give specific examples of how the people in this culture act and present themselves. 3.) What might be a central theme in chapters 1-10? Give specific examples from the text. Theater I: Timeline of due dates are on the Theater tab. Please look at those carefully to make sure you're staying on task :) As always guys, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me via Remind or email. Love you all! |
